My end of a trade with the lovely ~Shiaine! Her character Silvain messing with his boots...I think he was trying to lace them before one snagged in a knot, lol. Maybe he's lost in the woods, also.
I couldn't decide how to finish this piece for the longest time, heh! First it was going to be autumn-themed, then I wanted something more lush. I was going to paint it, but couldn't figure out a color scheme. I started to finish it in pencil instead, but halfway through, decided I wanted to try a digital grayscale painting again. So...it ended up being a combination of pencil sketch and digital, with some stone and grain textures. It's a little different, but I think I like it. ^__^ He looks like my brother. XD Silvain ©  |
