Nympheas, a unique character I have struggled to draw for over six months now. She belongs to *Eroticatyphon, and usually wears a mask, which you can see in one of my previous attempts at this piece here: [link] She is blind, although she can "see" through other senses that the mask normally enhances. The image of the forest that she holds is suggestive of her journey to discover the cause of humankind's genetic decay (and eventual blindness) in the future--that it was perhaps a neglect of preserving nature and the natural order that caused such a decline. Yeah, I had to get a forest into this somehow... ^__^; I went with an art nouveau style (ala Mucha) because I really wanted to play with Nympheas' gorgeously insane pile of hair. My wrist hates me now, but the lineart is finally finished!

Painted version:

Mechanical pencil 0.5

You are welcome to color my lineart for fun or practice, but I ask that you please not post it online afterward. That's always been my rule, for both copyright and personal reasons. Thank you so much for asking first, and have fun! :)

I think it's great how you managed to make the nest into a floral design for the border of your picture. Rather ingenious.
