I've always thought Leafy Sea-Dragons were strangely adorable. They're so delicate and, well...leafy, like a living piece of seaweed, hee. I thought they would make a beautiful mermaid design. ^__^

I love how original it is. I don't think I've ever seen a mermaid designed off of a leafy sea dragon. I don't really think I've ever seen one based off of a sea horse, either... lol. Anyway, I love it.

I just love this...she is beautiful! I would say to definitely digitally paint this...it would bring her to life with bright colors and such, but thats my opinion...would love to paint it as well :) great job my dear

Beautiful variation on the mermaid. I like the art nouveau style framing you've started to set up, any plans to go more elaborate with it, or just leave it as a simple framing device?
