-To quote the softspoken, honest, fearless (and rather longsuffering) Fifth Doctor, as portrayed by Peter Davison. (Whom I hope to meet at Gallifrey One next year! I needed a proper pretty portrait to have him sign for me.) <3 I also loved Davison's portrayal of Tristan in "All Creatures Great and Small." I'll have to be sure to tell him that, too!
Digital painting over a traditional watercolor base. This seems to be the way I like painting many of my fan-tributes to BBC's Doctor Who. Also the composition is meant to be vaguely shaped like a question-mark. :3
