Hard to explain this one, but suffice to say it's a rivalry of power in nature: one fragile and beautiful and bound to the earth, the other dark and shrewd and commanding the sky. Tried to show contrast not only in their expressions, but also in the nature around them--Faeren has more swirly, mossy forest and butterflies, while Morgan has mostly stick-like branches. Morgan steals his powers from the wood, they are not given to him freely. His wings are also stolen, but that's a long story. ^__^; You can see a similar portrayal of him in my old "Shadowmaster" painting.
Too much detail... *falls over* Still uncertain whether to do a shaded version of this in pencil or to paint it. Either way it will kill me.

I'm not sure I want to know, it will discourage me ... but ... you really must be a patient one. I wish I had so much time to draw.
I will always watch your gallery, I love when I see one of your pic in my list of DevWatch.
(And sorry if I made some mistakes, I'm only trying to learn English
Beautiful.
It's certainly a thoroughly detailed work, keeps the eye exploring for longer than most pieces do.
you have a fan on me!
